I gotta say, I'm truly impressed. I shot off a question regarding Arca-Swiss camera plates on Christmas day and received a really solid response just before New Year's Eve! Considering all the chaos with covid-19 and Brexit, that’s pretty remarkable. Unfortunately, the plate was out of stock, and it took a bit to get new ones from France. They even reached out to Arca-Swiss to send a plate straight to me. Big thanks for such excellent service!

Since I’m not around during the usual daytime hours, Jack directed me to the UPS access point system, which I decided to use. I managed to pick up my package from a local newsagents at a time that worked for me, and it was less than a day after it was sent out. Big thumbs up to Robert White, and I’m one satisfied customer!

Honestly, I can't find anything to complain about - this is the kind of service that should be the norm everywhere, and it's way better than other shops I've tried before.
